Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries, we believe in no questions asked cancellations.
You can request a cancellation within 3 hour of placing if your order was placed between 7AM and 9PM. If the order was placed between 9PM and 7AM, simply text on our contact number with order ID and a cancellation request. 

For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 4–7 working days.

Returns policy

Since our products are edible, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

We request everyone to review the cart and order carefully before the order is placed 

Refunds policy

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

  • A replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or logistical issues.

  • The issue is genuine and reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The customer has shared clear videos of the damaged or incorrect items, including the outer packaging.
